1. Eligibility

Only individuals aged 12 years or above, or businesses legally capable of entering into a contract, may use the Dot Air platform. Minors must access under parental/guardian supervision.

2. Device Usage

Dot Air is intended for secure wireless data transfer over:

• Same-network LAN (offline mode via Dot Air App)
• Internet (online access via browser with login)

Data stored on Dot Air is automatically erased if the device is forcefully removed, ensuring physical security.

3. Limitation of Liability

Dot Air is a hardware device. DNK TECH LLP is not responsible for:

• File loss due to power cuts, improper removal, or unauthorized access
• Network issues or hardware conflicts caused by third-party systems
• Data intercepted during internet transmission (use a secure network)

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the device.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of legal dispute:

• Parties agree to resolve through mutual dialogue
• If unresolved, arbitration will be held in New Delhi, under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996

5. Verification of Information

You authorize us to verify your identity during account setup or fraud investigation. We may contact issuing banks, payment gateways, or legal entities for validation.

6. Risk Disclosure

Using hardware devices involves cyber risks like unauthorized access, malware, etc. Dot Air is not liable for losses arising from:

• Virus/malware on your systems
• Public network access breaches
• User negligence
