Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Purchase

All Dot Air devices and software licenses are non-refundable once purchased, except in the case of:

• Duplicate payments
• Failed transactions (where money is debited but not received)

2. Transaction Errors

In case your payment is debited but not captured by our system:

• Refund will be processed within 2 to 10 business days
• Email your transaction ID to: info@dotair.in

3. Warranty & Replacement

Hardware devices may be replaced under warranty conditions as per our warranty terms (please refer to your device packaging or invoice).
